This policy explains how Synergic Pro, the maker of Southernflow, handles the personal information you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, agency name, email address, phone number if you give it, your agency's location, team size and your message. We also collect anonymous usage statistics about how pages on this website are viewed.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to arrange a demo. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists.
Service providers
Your enquiry is delivered to us by email through Resend, and the website is hosted by Vercel. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. If you book a demo, the booking is handled by Google Calendar under Google's privacy policy.
Access and correction
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@synergic.pro.
